EMAC-BP-80
800 kN CNC busbar punching and shearing machine

- Press force — punching unit
- 800kN
- Maximum busbar (L × W × T)
- 6000 × 300 × 20mm
- Maximum hit speed
- 180HPM
Overview
EMAC-BP-80 is the highest-capacity machine in the punching and shearing range. Both units develop 800 kN on bar up to 6000 × 300 × 20 mm, with a maximum punched hole diameter of 40 mm and a hit rate of 180 per minute. Hole pitch accuracy is ±0.20 mm/m across three controlled axes, and installed power is 19.7 kW. The machine is specified where the bar envelope or the largest hole in the drawing set exceeds what a 600 kN machine will clear. Tooling is the German in-line die library, available in 6, 9 and 15 position configurations.

Frequently asked questions
- How is the required press force determined?
- Sizing follows the worst case rather than the average: the largest hole the machine will ever punch, in the thickest and hardest bar it will ever run. Punch force is the hole perimeter multiplied by material thickness multiplied by shear strength. The punching force calculator performs the arithmetic and shows which machines clear the result.
