IMAC-CENTER 80
Full-capacity 800 kN processing centre, 36-station die library

- 800kN
- Tool stations
- 24 (36)pc
- Maximum hit speed
- 200HPM
Overview
IMAC-CENTER 80 is the full-capacity configuration of the processing centre. Punching and shearing units each develop 800 kN on bar from 15 to 300 mm wide and 3 to 20 mm thick, to 6000 mm long, with a maximum hole diameter of 40 mm. Four to six controlled axes position to ±0.05 mm and hold ±0.10 mm/m over a six-metre bar at 200 hits per minute. The German mother-and-daughter die library occupies 24 stations as standard and 36 as an option; because each station holds several punch sizes, the usable tool count is higher than the station count. Siemens CNC, automatic multi-bar loading and integrated nesting are standard.

Frequently asked questions
- How many tool stations does the IMAC centre carry?
- Twenty-four as standard, with thirty-six available as an option. The German mother-and-daughter die library architecture means a single station can carry several punch sizes, so the usable tool count is higher than the station count suggests.
