Manufacturing
Machines are built in the group's own plant by Beiene Intelligent Equipment. Control, drive and motion components are specified from Siemens, HIWIN, NSK, Atos, Rexroth, ABB, Omron and Yaskawa, and the component schedule is published on every machine page rather than kept behind a sales conversation.
Research and development
The group operates a research and development centre in Hannover, Germany. Its work sits mainly in control software, die library architecture and the springback compensation used across the bending range.
Service and warranty
Machines supplied by Beiene Global carry a standard one-year warranty with all-round after-sales service, and remote diagnosis is included. Warranty terms are contractual and differ by supplying entity — machines supplied and supported by Beiene North America carry longer local terms, and in Russia and the CIS warranty is administered by the authorised distributor.
