Overview
EMAC-BB-H12 is a three-dimensional busbar bending machine with a hybrid hydraulic station. Nominal force is 400 kN and bending capacity is 200 × 16 mm, with a maximum bending stroke of 250 mm and a side gauge stroke of 1200 mm travelling at 80 m/min. Bending accuracy is ±0.1°. Springback is corrected electronically from a compensation table keyed by material, thickness and temper, verified against a first article. The hybrid station holds force more consistently at full stroke on heavy sections than a pure servo drive. Installed power is 6.25 kW and the machine weighs 2600 kg.

Frequently asked questions
- Hybrid hydraulic or pure servo?
- Pure servo draws less energy at idle, runs quieter and has no oil to manage, which suits a clean shop and an intermittent duty cycle. The hybrid station holds force better at full stroke on heavy sections and costs less. Both hold ±0.1°. Work that sits near the top of the capacity envelope most days is better served by the hybrid.
- How is springback handled?
- Electronically, through a compensation table keyed by material, thickness and temper, verified against a first article. Springback is elastic recovery: it rises with the yield-strength-to-modulus ratio and with the radius-to-thickness ratio, so a harder temper needs more overbend for the same finished angle.
