Overview
SMART-603CNC-S is the 600 kN configuration of the all-in-one platform. Punching and cutting capacity is 260 × 16 mm, flatwise bending 260 × 20 mm and edgewise bending 125 × 15 mm, with a minimum U-bend inner width of 40 mm. The operation set covers flatwise and edgewise bending, twisting, embossing, cable lug forming, Z and U bends, shearing and punching. Bending accuracy is ±0.2°, installed power 12.6 kW, and the machine occupies 2400 × 2200 × 2100 mm.

Frequently asked questions
- Which operations run on one machine?
- Flatwise and edgewise bending, twisting, embossing, cable lug forming, Z and U bends, shearing and punching. For a panel shop bringing busbar work in-house, that covers the great majority of parts without a second machine.
