Overview

BPM-303CNC is the standard three-in-one busbar machine. Punching, shearing and bending units each develop 350 kN on copper and aluminium up to 15 mm thick, with shearing and bending capacity of 160 × 15 mm and maximum punch diameters of Ø30 below 10 mm thickness and Ø25 to 15 mm. The machine carries a six or eight station turret, three hydraulic stations at 31.5 MPa, Siemens PLC and servo control, and a Windows touchscreen that reads AutoCAD and SolidWorks files. Installed power is 11.37 kW at 380 V and the machine weighs 1460 kg.

Frequently asked questions

Where does the BPM sit in the range?
It is the entry point — 350 kN, 160 × 15 mm capacity, and a smaller footprint. It is the right machine for a shop moving off manual work or off outsourcing, and it does the same operation set as the SMART range at lower capacity.
